路由器共享上网的,我和同事都可以申请账号么

我和同事路由器共享上网的, IP都相同，连收款地址都一样[当然姓名肯定不同啦]，我们都在做网站，我已经申请了账号，那么他还可以在他电脑上申请账号吗？<br /><br />谢谢大家！
