Premium publishers(very high traffic) get to do a lot more customization of ads and code than regular publishers.

这是指定关键词投放，广告会显示与关键词相关的内容而不再根据网页内容定位，我曾经使用过，这种方式需要得到Google特别授权，但是一般情况下比较难获得，而且实际上，指定关键词只能使用与网站主题相关的，并且使用之后收入不见增长，我的是下降了，所以后来没有用了。
