论坛误删了cdb_forums数据表，没有备份，请问怎么办？

网页快照首页就有啦<br /><br />ID就是了

我知道了 <br /><a href="http://www.huaizhong.org/bbs/archiver/" target="_blank">http://www.huaizhong.org/bbs/archiver/</a><br />可以访问 archiver看到板块设置<br />可是板块ID是否需要呢？
