问专员一个百度主题推广之外的话题

有个站全部拷贝我站的内容，虽然我的站不是原创的，但都是我精心挑选，有的还加上自己的评论，但只要我一发表，他就会采集去，内容跟我的一模一样，并且经常他的内容在百度搜索里面靠前，怎么办？谢谢！
