Google Adsense这次的支付故障是不是应该赔利息和汇率损失呢

上个月只要保留过付款的用户都不能收到支票了，将延迟到下一个付款周期。Google是不是应该赔偿发布者利息呢？一个月利息，多少先不说，至少是应该承担的责任吧。<br /><br />另外，如果下个月的美元对人民币汇率再度下调的话，Google似乎也应该补偿发布者汇率损失。

我记得去年曾经发生过Google把汇率搞错的事情，就是把1：1.4，搞成了1.4：1。

这个有点勉强了, GG帐户又不是银行, 没有任何利率, 即便保留1年, 也不会因此而得到收益, 至于汇率更是与GG无关啦, 因为GG支付的是美元, 只要美元数目相符, 换不换成其它货币是发布者自己的事. 不过现在的模式每个月的收入几乎要2个月甚至更长时间后才能兑现, 以目前人民币升值幅度每100美元会损失10-20人民币左右.
