郑州今天托收手续费55还要收1/1000的费用

55是跑不了了。全国都这样。1/1000的费用是啥？我问了最高上限是200多点rmb。所以说如果支票票额很大最高收260rmb。是不是都是这样？我是在郑州花园路口中国银行河南分行。银行MM见我第一句话就是"手续费涨了知道不？" 看来认识我了。
