解除保留付款没显示正在付款的进来

我的是 上月已经解除保留付款 但没显示"正在付款".

我是5月27号解除保留付款，要到7月底才给我付款吗？<br />也就是设置一次保留付款的周期至少是3个月，是这样理解吗？<br />第一次保留付款，不懂。
