AdSense for search广告是内容网络还是搜索网络

还有Google Co-op计划的自定义搜索中显示的广告是属于哪个部分？这个计划可填入adsense帐号，该计划是否遵照adsense的全部政策和条款？

内容网络，不过我觉得Google应该把它算进搜索网络，毕竟通过关键词搜索得到的广告是精准匹配。
