我是在中央大街上那家，工商银行办的，20手续费，居然还有120多的什么邮寄费用，说把广告快递到香港兑换<br />我那个郁闷，当时单子什么的都填写完了，一想算了，还是交钱吧。<br /><br />大家帮我顶下，我想知道在哈尔滨那个区的工商办理便宜，谢谢大家了

我在**看到的，人家都在工商办理，说托收快，还便宜<br />第一次在中行办理的，要我45，倒是便宜，但我等了1个半月才把钱拿到手。<br /><br />我命苦啊
