想使用DHL，可当地没有DHL，看到大家说会使用EMS转发，那收费如何呢？还是按照DHL的收费标准吗。扣除$25.00？

EMS就不收钱了.

收了你25美圆的费用后你可以用EMS收到. 一般来说是转快递. 因为EMS收费贵,而且丢失不赔偿.所以DHL一般都会选择快递公司转给你.
