重新开通被封的所有网站的帐号,<br />退还被没收的帐户里的资金<br />完毕

修改协议，在一定程度上公开无效点击细节并调整设置，慎重使用停止帐号手段，妥善处理被停止帐号里的收入。<br /><br />这些都是必需的，其他的要求太难实现了。
